Hello,
My company Scott's Funding Services work with real estate developers and private commercial lenders by connecting the two together. So many developers are having such a hard time finding financing for their projects, and many developers go into bankruptcy.
We will finance many types of commercial properties that do not meet the bank's qualifications, any referrals or leads you may be aware of, have those companies to contact me.
We might be able to help with their financial needs also. The private lenders we work with specialize in commercial real estate bridge loans for domestic and global clients.
Starting at $2 million dollars and up, the lenders provide up to 65% loan-to-value for land acquisition, development, refinancing, construction, bank workouts, bankruptcies and foreclosures.
We have produced funding for conventional and unconventional projects, often succeeding when other financial institutions cannot.
If we can help, feel free to contact me anytime.
Thanks,

Good Job, it does sum up what really accured! Wall Street certainly has Washington in the palm of their greedy hands, and everyone else in this Country is at the mercy of them all!

Over taxation, faulty credit scoring system (by design), and we all become slaves paying interest to the controllers of the entire system, which bleeds all of us (mortgages, credit cards, all loans).

The amazing thing is that its just printed paper, backed by the people (borrower's), and controled by privately owned entities whose owners include British Banks, Wall Street, and other greedy scheming scum, whose main goals are to enrich themselves, control the masses, and suck the life out of everyone in the form of interest and taxation. All the while, they remain exempt and sit in their ivory towers scheming.

Our founding father's are rolling in their graves right now!

The political parties just fight for control of the hudge pile of tax dollars they extract from all of us, so they can then squander it as they see fit!

We need a solution to all of the above! We the People! The Government works for us, (should), and the criminals on Wall Street should pay for their crimes against humanity!

Mortgage lending crimes, financial leveraging crimes, bribery, collusion, RICO, fraud, etc., charges should be filed against all of those guilty of robbing the US Citizens.

God Help Us All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice post. On foreclosure: I like the produce-the-note strategy. I live in Tampa and know one person he helped, and it actually worked. They did not get the entire home paid for, but they got terms adjusted to be favorable and they were able to avoid foreclosure. It really varries by situation and probably the laws of your state on how far this goes. This site has all the videos they have done. Watch all the videos here:
